1. Service Description

VoxHint ("the Service") is a real-time AI conversation assistant that provides suggested responses during live calls using your uploaded knowledge base. The Service is provided by VoxHint ("we", "us", "our").

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — creating multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Plan: Limited hours per month at no cost. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits.
• Standard Plan ($19/month): 20 hours per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Team Plan ($49/month): 60 hours per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Credit Packs: One-time purchases of additional hours ($5/2hrs, $10/5hrs, $25/15hrs). Non-refundable. Credits expire at the end of the billing period in which they were purchased.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal in your dashboard. No cancellation fees.
• Access until end of period: After cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period.
• After cancellation: Your account reverts to the Free plan. Your call history and knowledge base documents are preserved.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months. If you experience a significant service outage (more than 24 hours), contact us for a pro-rated credit.
• Credit packs: One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable.

5. Usage & Fair Use

Your plan includes a set number of hours per month. Usage is tracked by the duration of active call sessions. If you exceed your plan's limit, you will need to purchase additional hours or upgrade your plan. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g., automated/scripted usage, sharing accounts, or circumventing usage limits).

6. Your Data

• You own your data (call transcripts, uploaded documents, knowledge base content).
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for AI model training.
• Call transcripts and summaries are stored encrypted and accessible only to you.
• You can delete your data at any time through the dashboard.

7. AI-Generated Content

VoxHint provides AI-generated suggestions during calls. These suggestions are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for what you say during calls. VoxHint is a tool to assist, not to replace your judgment.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use VoxHint for illegal purposes or to deceive others in harmful ways
• Record calls without the consent of all parties where required by law
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to exploit the free tier
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service

9. Recording & Consent Laws

Call recording and monitoring laws vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. VoxHint is not a recording service — it provides real-time transcription and AI suggestions, but you are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding call monitoring.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will attempt to provide advance notice for planned maintenance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Stripe, Deepgram, Google, AWS, etc.).

11. Limitation of Liability

VoxHint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
